These terms cover your use of Kelvix. They are written to be read, so they are shorter than most. If something here is unclear, write to privacy@kelvixai.com and ask.

Who you are dealing with

Kelvix is operated by Gabriel Wang, an individual trading as a sole proprietor in the United States. There is no company behind it. When these terms say “we”, that is who they mean.

What Kelvix does

You give us a website address. We fetch up to 20 of its pages the way a search engine would, check them against published guidance and our own judgment, and produce a report describing what we found. If you connect Google Search Console, we also read what Google reports about those pages. If you subscribe, we repeat the check weekly and tell you what changed.

What Kelvix does not do

This is the important part, and it is the same thing the reports themselves say:

• We do not promise that Google will index your pages, show them in AI answers, rank them anywhere, or send you any traffic. Nothing we sell influences that.
• A report says whether we found anything blocking a page. It does not say a page is visible. Those are different claims and we are careful never to make the second one.
• We check what we can observe from outside your site, plus whatever Search Console tells us if you connect it. Some things are invisible to both. Our reports name those limits rather than hiding them.
• We do not change your website, your Search Console, or anything else. Our access to Search Console is read-only.

Using it fairly

Running a check causes us to fetch someone’s website. By submitting an address you confirm you own that site or are otherwise entitled to have it checked. Do not point Kelvix at sites you have no relationship with, and do not try to use it to load-test, scrape or disrupt anything.

Free checks are rate limited and we may decline, delay or stop any check that looks like abuse. Recurring monitoring requires a connected Search Console property for the site, which is our evidence that you control it.

Paying

One-off checks are free. Weekly monitoring is $29 per month per site, billed in advance and renewing monthly until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay, and any sales tax that applies will be shown there.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it over several days. Your monitoring keeps running while it does, and we will email you. If it ultimately fails, monitoring stops and your reports and account remain.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page, through Stripe’s billing portal. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and monitoring keeps running until then. We will not ask you why, and there is no cancellation step that requires contacting us.

Refunds

After seven days we do not refund a period already begun, because the monitoring for it has been done. You can still cancel at any point and will not be charged again.

Your reports and your data

Reports are permanent and their links are unguessable but not secret — treat a report link as public. What we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted is set out on our privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Cancelling does not delete anything. Disconnecting Search Console or deleting your account does, on the schedule described there.

Interruptions and mistakes

Kelvix is provided as it is. We work hard to make its reports accurate and to say plainly when we are unsure, but we cannot promise the service will always be available, that every check will run on time, or that every finding will be right. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Because this is a small service sold at a low price, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending it

You can stop using Kelvix at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is abusing the service, using it against these terms, or charging back payments rather than asking for a refund. If we close your account for any other reason we will refund whatever period you have paid for.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, the date at the top will change and we will email you before it takes effect if we hold an address for you. Continuing to use Kelvix after that means the new terms apply.
